With Golden Circle we are focused on moving beyond the traditional loyalty model of offering customers the ability to earn and redeem points for rooms alone - to a more experiential platform which engages customers across the travel cycle and beyond.
When you have a guaranteed reservation at a Shangri-La Hotel or Resort and we are unable to accommodate you for any reason, we will arrange accommodation for you at another hotel at our expense. Shangri-La will provide you with a long distance phone call, transfer you to the other hotel and provide transportation back to our hotel, where we wanted you to be in the first place.
You can quickly earn Golden Circle Award Points (GC Award Points). Just stay at our hotels and resorts, or come in to enjoy a meal, a drink or a treatment at CHI, The Spa.
Your GC Award Points can then be redeemed for hotel stays, dining or spa experiences at any Shangri-La hotel, resort, Kerry hotel, Traders hotel and Hotel Jen. You may also convert your points into airline miles.
